Red Invest Capital Holdings is a 100% Indigenous-owned investment group headquartered in Western Australia. Since 2013 we have grown from a single labour hire operation in the Pilbara into a diversified group of seven companies — united by a shared commitment to building lasting economic opportunity for Country and community.

Richard Tester is a Noongar man, a proud member of the Southwest Aboriginal Land and Sea Council, and the Founder and Managing Director of Red Invest Capital Holdings and all seven of its subsidiary companies.
Richard founded Red Arrow Australia in 2013 under a clear conviction: that Indigenous Australians should not just participate in the economy — they should own and lead it. What began as a labour hire operation in the Pilbara has grown into a nationally operating investment group spanning engineering, construction, architecture, renewable energy and asset management.
Before founding the group, Richard served as Construction and Maintenance Manager at RCR Tomlinson, General Manager at ThyssenKrupp Australia — managing projects in Australia and fabrication facilities in China — and CEO of Gravity Cranes. That depth of experience across complex, large-scale operations forms the commercial foundation of everything RICH has built.
Today Richard leads a formal 3-Year Strategic Growth Plan focused on expanding the group's owned assets, growing Indigenous employment beyond 250 people, and deepening its national footprint — making Red Invest one of the most ambitious Indigenous-owned investment groups in Australia.
Every decision is guided by our responsibility to Country, community and the cultural values that define who we are. Indigenous ownership is not a credential — it is our foundation.
ISO triple certified across quality, environmental and safety management. From the Pilbara to the Middle East, our standard never changes regardless of project scale or geography.
We invest with a multi-decade horizon. Our long-term growth ambition is not just a financial goal — it is a measure of the enduring infrastructure we are building for our people.
Building Indigenous-owned businesses that generate wealth and opportunity — controlled and directed by our people, not on behalf of them.
Commercial success and cultural responsibility are not in tension — they are the same thing. We don't separate our business identity from our cultural identity.
Profit follows purpose. Growth is measured by its impact on communities, not just balance sheets. Every project we win is an opportunity to employ, train and elevate.
Indigenous ownership is not a point of difference for Red Invest Capital Holdings — it is our identity, our foundation and our responsibility. Every company in our group exists to generate not just financial returns, but meaningful, lasting outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia.
We are Supply Nation certified, hold Indigenous Procurement Policy credentials and are committed to growing Indigenous employment to 250+ people by 2030 through the ADAPT traineeship and direct hiring across our group.
Richard Tester — a Noongar man and proud member of the Southwest Aboriginal Land and Sea Council — founded this group with a single conviction: that Indigenous Australians should not only participate in the economy, but own and lead it.
That conviction is embedded in every decision we make, every contract we win and every person we hire. It is the thread that runs through every one of our seven companies and the mission that drives our 3-Year Strategic Growth Plan.
Building Indigenous-owned businesses that generate wealth and opportunity — controlled and directed by our people.
Commercial success and cultural responsibility are not in tension — they are the same thing.
We think in generations, not quarters. The pathways we build today are designed to endure.
Profit follows purpose. Growth is measured by impact on communities, not just balance sheets.
Red Invest Capital Holdings acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work, and pays respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise the deep connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with Country, and we honour that connection through the work we do every day.
